Practices Pursuing the Sustainability of A Healthcare Organization: A Systematic Review

This study aims to investigate efficient practices pursuing the sustainability of healthcare organizations, as sector and its activities affect different spheres social life, economy, state’s performance, highlighting importance this subject. To achieve aim study, a systematic review methodology was applied, data were obtained from 67 papers published within scope two most cited databases: Scopus Web Science. As result analysis, following suggested improve organizations: improvements in management practices, leadership manager selection, engagement clinicians management, promotion organizational culture style, virtual health communication, environmental supply chain rational resource consumption, waste management.
